Visit Isle of Wight (Shanklin)
Are you looking for holiday place not far from London? Consider visiting Isle of Wight. It is only a little over 2 hours away from London and it has beautiful sandy beaches and lots of tourist attractions to explore.
How to get to the island?
If you are not traveling by car then take the ferry (22 mins) or hovercraft (10 mins).
Tip: The hovercraft can be booked as part of the rail ticket and when purchased in that way it is much cheaper.
Where did we stay?
We stayed in the beautiful historic village of Shanklin in the beautiful hotel.
